I go to college and also have a 10 year old so we both needed a big enough space to do our work but not so big that it would take up too much space in our studio. I went with the 39” and Im glad I did. Let me add that I did measure the size on the tile floor before buying to see what size would be more comfortable and this one took the cake. No regrets, perfect height, the frame is moderate to very sturdy (not cement-stiff sturdy), and we even added corner guards which have actually helped a lot cuz we kept brushing past the corners when we first installed it. Overall, I love that it has plenty of space for my 10yo to sit at it but compact enough that it doesn’t interfere with walking space all around. As an adult I also have enough space to move around my notebooks without them getting in the way of me using my laptop while in class. No chips or damages found when inspected 😊👌

Is it the desk I’ll keep for the next 20 years? No. Do I think it could survive more than 2 moves to a different apartment? No. Is it good enough, sturdy enough, nice looking and will last for the next 2-3 years? YES!! I have a lot on my desk (two monitors, laptop, keyboard, docking station, etc) and I can work comfortably. However if I wanted to eat at my desk, I’d have to move either the laptop or the keyboard to make room for it. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Great price on this small desk which I needed to buy when I had to stay with a sick family member who had no desk I could work at while I was there. This was easy to set up and is surprisingly stable. My only very minor complaint is that though the long pocket on the side works well at holding various things, the stitched-in liner was not stitched in well and one edge has come away from the seam. Very minor issue, but it could have been done better. Otherwise highly recommended if you need a simple desk that this would fit into.

I find perfect if you want to get something simple for home office like me for example. It's quite lite so I will not recommended for people who normally put so much weight on it. For normal Home Office uses should be fine.
