I first learned of this item from my dentist who gave me one of the Lip Naturals during a routine dental visit. The product comes in three great flavors/scents, all of which are very nice. Lip Naturals are creamy and go on smoothly. The size is VERY convenient, they easily fit in my purse or pocket, don't roll around when placed on a table or other work surface and seem to last forever. As others have done, I also purchased the bulk package of Lip Naturals, all 50 of them arrived in good condition. These little gems will be included in gifts as stocking stuffers. This is a quality product and a nice change from the "standard" lip balm.
