Simply great
Efficient cleaning. Very premium smell. The clothes come out silky smooth and soft. Good consistency and quality. It was meant for side load, but i am using it satisfactorily in top load washing machine. So my experience is to use it in any type washing machine. Great stuff, highly recommended.

Bottle Design review for manufacturer
This review is for manufacturer. Product is good. But the new bottle design is not at all good from usability perspective. Soap gets wasted while pouring. Please change bottle design which would be more useful for users. Earlier can shape was also very good. Design is also not very handy.

This was my repeat order , first time I liked this products in all sense and thats why ordered again but this time I felt so much cheated, this time the product quality is so much pooor that I think I have ordered sented water instead of liquid detergent, it is so thin as eqaul to water,I think this is how all big small company cheats consumer they offer you good product at instance and when you relyvon it they detorirt the quality , anyway won't recommend this to anyone.

Please improve nozzle
Detergent is excellent quality, however please work on improving the nozzle. While pouring the Detergent liqiud it spills outside and flows on the outside surface of the bottle. The new design of 5 l bottle is not user friendly.

Why is so diluted?
I have been using this product for the past 3 years. However this month, while opening the can, I found the liquid in a different colour. What surprised me is its viscosity change. Liquid detergent is diluted much! Any explanation? Sure it affects efficiency!
