what gage wiring is it

The switches are wired with 16ga the insulation looks thicker, you have to use relays for light or any electronic connected to the switches, dont run a light straight to switches. I have a 30" led bar light connected with relay and thecwire never gets hot.

Can there lights be turned on and off? Looking to be used in a boat application and don’t want to run battery down with lights.

One thing to consider is that LED lights in these switches don't use hardly any power at all. 1 LED at probably 3.2 mA for 5 switches is probably 16 mA. If you assume the 2000 mAh energy capacity for a NiMH AA battery, it would take 125 hours (5 days) to draw that much energy. A typical boat battery depending on what you have will be 15x-50x more energy and could run those LEDs for almost a year. IF you are really that power conscious you can wire up a switch to cut power to the LEDs or simply disconnect them. With boats I wire up master power switches for short term storage to cut power to all the accessories to eliminate any parasitic draw. For long term storage I remove the battery and put it on a maintainer.

Is there any 120v version of this? For home appliances? Tv, washer, video game etc

Since this company makes sealed stuff for BOATS it is unlikely that they would have any household appliance devices. I would try your local Lowes store electrical department

Been using this on a mud boat uncovered for a while, no issues at all. Runs my light bars, rooster tail lights, bilge pump & other accessories. Voltage meter is accurate, usb ports seem durable as I haven’t broken one yet charging devices. All of the leds still function. Top quality stuff just like anything else nilight sells.

All switches installed up side down, and wires are not sized correctly. Your combined load should not exceed 15A or you are risking a fire. But for what it's worth all and all it's a pretty good product.
