A: No it is not refillable.

**Q: Is this lube safe to use on plastic/rubber keyboards like HHKB2?**
A: Yes. This is recommended by some keyboard forum members for use on slider rails on Topre style switches such as your HHKB2. Use sparingly, applying using a small pointed paint brush.

**Q: How tall is this pen?  will it fit in a edc 5.5 inch case?**
A: It fits in my Maxpedition Micro Pocket Organizer, which is 5.5 inches.

**Q: how many drops are in it**
A: There is little over 7ml of fluid, my best guess for number of drops is approximately 70-80 drops.
