It refused to synch or recharge. I attempted to contact Lavod customer service but the email on their website doesn't work, and their website provides no guidance. A little fishing on the internet turned up that this is a problem that has been suffered by others, but I could not find any solution. I would give it zero stars if I could. That was about the only good thing I can say here. The ear buds do not stay in the ear no matter what you do. When they stayed in up to their maximum 20 seconds or so, the sound cut out of one ear and then they switched. There could not possibly be a worse product sold by Amazon.
