I bought these for fudge making and they work like a charm! Perfect size for individual fudge pieces. They never stick and they are easy to wash. i just sponge each section if I need some extra work on it, which usually is not the case. I haven't tried it in the dishwasher as it's just easy for me to hand wash.

They are thinner than I thought but that's perfectly ok, it makes them easier to store. I use these for all kinds of things! I use it to make pre-measured tablespoons of infused butter, hard candy molds, chocolate cream candies and much more. They have held up very well to high heat and the freezer. There is absolutely no smell to them once washed as any new product should be that is meant for food and absolutely no taste from them in any of the things I have used them for. They are easy to use and I wish everything I had in my kitchen was as easy to clean as these are!
