This cream works great, if I only do no more than 30 minutes on my exercise bike; the pain comes back, at 45 minutes, any suggestions? Please help!

On an exercise bike you are probably sweating a lot; far more than on a bike outdoors. You should re-apply after 30 minutes.

What is the shelf life of this once opened?

I have had it open for 2 or 3 months and it seams just fine.
