Ive taken a lot of activated b 12 and this works well. Effects felt sooner than later..plus my blood test showed an increase, i am also able to take it on an empty stomach.

I had to stop taking Thorne's Basic B complex because I developed neuropathy from excessive B6. Now I have to take individual B vitamins to avoid B6. I like that Life Extension at least has Folate and B12 together, both methylated. I also like that the B12 is 300mcg. Thorne had 400mcg. That left my levels too high, so the 300mcg is a good switch! I also love how affordable Life Extension is most of the time. This is over a 3-month supply for a reasonable price, which is especially handy if you're buying multiple different individual B vitamins. I like it. Also, the capsules are tiny, which is nice.

When I ordered these, I had very low B12 which caused me a lot of fatigue. I ordered these vitamins and started taking them at nightwith vitamin D for a little over 2 months. I was getting my energy back and a side effect that I did not expect was serious healthy hair growth! My eyelashes were growing so thick and strong, it was odd when washing my face or doing my makeup because I had not felt that feeling in a long time. They literally felt as thick as my Middle Eastern hair! And my head hair was growing very rapidly. I literally grew a little over 4 inches in just that short period of time! I have been unhealthy for a while so my hair growth was at half an inch a month (I measure, my hair was bottom length). I went to the doctor for routine blood work and was shocked by what I found out. My B12 showed that it was now 1,752!!!! Absolutely too high and abnormal. It was low before these vitamins. She did test for everything else and it was definitely due to the vitamins. I had to stop taking any and all supplements. The folate tested at a 10.3 which was high but good. My vitamin D which I took separately was excellent. They need to change their dosage information because this can cause serious liver damage. I am still rating it 4 stars because it absolutely works wonders, but I took off one star because they have to change their dosage. People, please get your blood tested if you have been taking this daily for a long time!

These pills are great and very small so it’s easy to swallow and not get stuck.
