This one's a no brainer *by G***E on February 13, 2013* Specs I wanted to know, but couldn't find:AC powered, no battery option (doesn't effect me).6 foot power cord4'4" insulated water hose to connector.Universal pad is 10"x11" and has own hose that's about 1 foot long.If I lift the pad to the hose's height (over 6 feet (hoses plus height of the device)) it pumps with effort with the universal pad parallel to the ground. With the pad perpendicular it stutters, but stays cold.I'm 5'11" and it will cool my shoulder while standing, or head while stuttering. Not that I'd use it standing.It has 2 switches, on/off and a timer switch with continuous mode.I love not having ice bags, but hate having a 4' leash (helps keep me on bedrest though).Used 1 full day, I've had to refill the ice about every 4 hours (I didn't fully fill it though (not enough ice), and I've had no leaks. If I get them, I'll edit the post.Overall very happy, and at the price, I think it's a no-brainer.
