I just got an email that a pink Oball I bought last month had been recalled because of safety issues. How are these different from the pink one?

We have had one for years and bought many as gifts, no one has had an issue so I'm not sure what this recall is.

Is this Oball Rainstick Roller toy a part of this company's recall of rattles with serial #81301?
