Each pack of 24 tubes covers up to 1/4 acre and requires just two applications per year, providing a safe, no-spray alternative that protects families, pets, and the environment from Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses. ## Description Ticks are no small problem - they can ruin a good time with painful bites, disease, and an unpleasant removal process. Until now, outdoor lovers have endured harmful and unpleasant chemicals on the skin or sprinkled in the yard to guard against ticks. Enter Thermacell. For the backyard and around the home, Thermacell Tick Control Tubes 24-Count safely provide up to 1⁄4 acre of tick protection per 6 tubes of application. Unlike sprays or granules, our tick tubes exclusively target ticks on mice. Our tubes work with nature and won’t harm your pets or yard. They work best in New England, Mid-Atlantic, and Northern Woods where Lyme disease is concentrated. Our mission at Thermacell is to change the way the world fights mosquitoes and we’ve been doing it for over 20 years. Headquartered outside Boston with distribution centers in Georgia, we’re leading the way with better solutions to biting insects. With global distribution in 30+ countries and tens of millions of repellers sold, more and more people around the world count on Thermacell to make outdoor time even better. Review: Works but why the 50% price increase? - These work and we like them, but the price has gone up by 50% since I last bought them last fall, for no apparent reason! Not sure we will continue to use them. Review: amazing tick control, one small flaw - this is a great option for strong tick control with only one major downside. i didn’t want anything I would apply as a spray due to having several dogs and concerns about human health risk with those sprays too. this was the only economical option I found that could avoid that altogether. it’s genius. we’ve had TERRIBLE ticks in our area, and I’m consistently seeing little or no ticks while neighbors are covered. the downside? it provides mice with a lot more cotton to nest with. we have an old shed with holes in it. the mice used this excessive cotton to make bigger, more obstructive dens - most notably in our lawn mower which caused a major motor issue. however we are getting a new shed and hope this problem will be solved. so as long as your sheds/outdoor storage is tight, you are good to go! if not, prepare for bigger nests and set more traps. ## Features - TESTED FOR PROTECTION: Thermacell Tick Control Tubes are a no-spray, no-mess, easy way to kill deer ticks and prevent the spread of Lyme and other diseases such as babesiosis or anaplasmosis. Place tubes in protected places mice are likely to frequent such as inside sheds, under decks, along stonewalls, or under bushes. **Q: What happens if it rains and the tubes get wet?** A: Tick Tubes are still effective if they get wet. The coating on the outside of the tubes protects them from rain. If the cotton does get wet, it will dry out once the weather improves. Don’t place tubes in areas likely to flood. **Q: Is it safe for cats/dogs, if they eat the mice or cotton?** A: The US EPA has no published reports, nor records of any incidents associated with the use of permethrin-treated tick tubes. The amount of permethrin used to treat cotton in our Tick Tubes is well below any level of concern. **Q: Is it safe to use around children?** A: The US EPA has determined it reasonable to assume no harm to infants and children based on the existing data for permethrin. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works but why the 50% price increase? *by S***E on 23 March 2026* These work and we like them, but the price has gone up by 50% since I last bought them last fall, for no apparent reason! They’re very easy to place around the perimeter and don’t take much effort. The only downside is the price has definitely gone up over the years, which gives me pause, but we still keep coming back to them because they’re effective. ## Frequently Bought Together - Thermacell Tick Control Tubes for Yards; Protects Backyards and Properties from Ticks; No Spray, No Granules, No Mess; Environmentally Friendly Alternative to Tick Spray & Tick Repellent - Wondercide - Ready to Use Flea, Tick, and Mosquito Yard Spray with Natural Essential Oils – Mosquito and Insect Killer, Treatment, and Repellent - Plant-Based - Safe Around Pets, Plants, Kids - 32 oz - Yaya Organics Tick Ban | Extra Strength Tick Repellent Made with Essential Oils and All Natural, DEET Free Ingredients | Proven Effective, Safe for Adults, Kids and Dogs | 4 Ounce 2 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.id/products/258476808-tick-control-tubes-24-pk-kill-ticks-that-may-carry](https://www.desertcart.id/products/258476808-tick-control-tubes-24-pk-kill-ticks-that-may-carry) --- *Product available on Desertcart Indonesia* *Store origin: ID* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
