Varathane® Fast Dry Wood Stain

Repainted a few IKEA furniture - with little scuffing prior to painting, the rendering is excellent. Mind the drying time though that takes days

Color and quality is good. But will not get dry in 1 hour as indicated.

Very useful and handy for diy projects

This is the second tub I buy. It says it dries within an hour but the paint stays sticky does not dry at all. It’s like an oily greasy layer. I cleaned the surface i shakes and mixed the paint before using it. So there is no way this should not have worked.

Wanted this subtle color for end table and could not find it at my usual suppliers. Wished for a smaller can as did not need much. Used foam brush then wiped off to let subtle grain of the baltic Burch read thru. Sanded to 220 before applying. True color representation.

They are good for new surfaces. If your staining on old surface, sand out the old varnish completely otherwise you'll get a synthetic paint like grey.

It's Good for those who are willing to do DIY stuff/project in your garage/home. Save lot's of time and money on other stuff like oil, Polish, etc....., Apply directly on wood after sanding & you are good to go for DIY.

This is the perfect Maple stain for any project. My bass drum hoops look beautiful! East to apply, dries quick

Great product. Used it on replaced parts of my antique bed and the color matches exactly.
