I have to give daily medication to my dog. He has to take 1/4 pill twice daily. I’ve tried hiding it in cheese, in pill pockets, etc., but he always finds it and spits it out. This product makes giving him his meds a snap. I can quickly cut the pill, store the other three parts in a section of the device and then crush the other fourth and mix it into baby food. It’s a breeze and he is soooo eager to get his “sneaky snack.” This product works well and I particularly like that it has a compartment to store medication. Well worth the price!

This is a perfect tool for splitting pills and especially for crushing them. I purchased for my dogs new heart meds and it is efficient. It however cannot be used for storage. The little cap for the storage section on the bottom wants to fall off and is not secure. Would not survive travel in your purse or even daily counter use. I dumped several pills at once into food when it popped off and had to trash both food and pills - not able to safely preserve either. Worth every dime though for the splitting and crushing.

I love the fact that it comes as a 4 in 1. You have your cutter at the top, then you have your Crusher in the middle. Your crush are also is a cup holder for drinks that you can pour in and mix the crush medicine and drink it. Then at the very bottom is a storage unit where it has four little storage spaces to put medicine in just in case you need it for later. Only bad thing about it is when you try to cut the pills and half especially the small circle ones, it never gets exactly half. However, it is better than trying to do it on your own with the knife and getting 1/3 or some other small amount. Also the storage unit at the bottom, the top pops off easy so you have to be careful that the medicine that you store doesn't fall out. Other than that, it does help me with my medicine as far as cutting them in half. Also the blade is very sharp and it's very very easy to use I couldn't be more happier with that you do not have to press hard at all to cut the pills. *OAN* SIZE: the size is actually smaller than my medicine bottle itself. So you can put it in your purse or your everyday to go bag which I absolutely love it doesn't take a lot of room and it's very portable.

Bought the red pill grinder, because I needed something with teeth that could grind a pill into powder. Got a different pill grinder from CVS, which was easy to use but the teeth didn't get close enough to thoroughly grind pills. This pill grinder is a bit awkward because it's narrow, and threads are on the inside which can make dispensing the powder difficult, but I haven't found a more effective pill grinder anywhere else. Unfortunately, when I decided to buy a spare, I bought the blue one, thinking it was the same. It isn't. The blue one is flat inside, which technically makes it a pill crusher, but using it as one is a waste of effort because it's too narrow to provide good leverage. Don't buy the blue one. Stick with red. The pill cutter on top does cut pills, but the tight space and opaque cutting cap make it very difficult to cut accurately; every pill I tried to cut ended up with a bigger "half" and a smaller "half", no matter how careful I tried to be. The storage space on the bottom is useless, because the cover falls off at the slightest touch, and you basically need to wrap your hand around the entire body to use the pill grinder. The cup is awkward at best and useless at worst, because it cannot be used simultaneously with either the grinder/crusher, and the cutter needs to be set aside to access the cup. I haven't even tried to use the cup at all. After about a year using the red pill grinder, the body cracked from the repeated pressures. Once I discovered my mistake of having bought a blue one, I threw the blue one away and bought another red one instead.

this little thing is a lifesaver!! i cannot take pills to save my life and i was just prescribed 3 different ones. the top blade is sharp and it’s likely when you crush your pills it’ll break in 2 with crumbs so be ready for that. you’re able to pop the blade component off to reveal a nice deep storage space. when you untwist that component it reveals the well you can crush the pills in. there’s also a mini storage compartment at the bottom, but the lid seems a little filmsy so i wouldn’t use it. all in all it’s compact, rather well built, pretty easy to use and it definitely gets the job done

Pour ce qui est de l'écrase médicament, les picots font que le médicament a quasiment disparu, pas facile pour récupérer la poudre! L'objet est joli en rouge mais il y a beaucoup mieux comme broyeur de comprimés!

Very handy for all types of pills .. the grinding is just perfect

When you want a pill to actually break apart and become powdery this is the pill crusher. It has multifunctions though I only use it for one: to get pills thoroughly smashed and powdery without straining or breaking pill crusher due to trying too hard. What helps achieve this are raised grooves. Pro tip to crush pills with little effort: if more than one ensure they don't pile on top of each other as effortless pill crushing impinges upon each pills entire surface making contact with the crushing grooves.
