At this time you can run one player, have a maximum of 15 assets in the library and up to 1 min videos. **Q: Does the app work with an iPhone or iPad?** A: The XOGO Manager app is currently available for Windows 10 and Android devices. We also have an iOS version in development right now and hope to release it in late May! **Q: On my 3 smart TV's can I add the app to each and have 3 different menus for my restaurant?** A: Of course! Each player in your XOGO Manager account can have a different playlist if you want. XOGO has thousands of players in over 27 countries today so it’s not a major problem. XOGO support is standing by. I can’t post the link here (Amazon does not allow links) but if you check the website you can easily find how to create a ticket which is typically responded to within an hour or two. You will need the manager app to install a player and that is currently available on windows, android and iOS devices. We create our own content and find the XOGO software to work very well and reliably across multiple devices. I had an instance, recently, where I needed to reach out to customer service to replace a missing power cable from a recent order. It was super fast to use their customer site. An agent asked about where to mail the replacement part, and then I received the tracking number and it arrived quickly. Super helpful folks and quick... actual humans too! There are choices, XOGO is a good one. ### ⭐ the IOS app doesn't work - no support either *by P***. on Reviewed in Canada on 10 February 2022* The IOS app crashes whenever you try and add a player. Tried the app on 3 different ipads. It says customer service within 24 hours...this is false. I do not recommend buying this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good unit so far... *by J***O on Reviewed in Australia on 24 September 2020* The XOGO box is easy to use and so far so good. I think their instructions and troubleshooting could be better re Bluetooth and wifi; even though it's most likely an issue at my end.
