How can i tell if my pioneer pl-460 is mm or mc?

The cartridge you're using should be marked MM (moving magnet) or MC (moving coil). Nothing I've found online specifies. MM is the safer guess here because MC cartridges tend to be high-end and they're not as widely distributed. This one does not appear to be high-end. If it is MM, you'll know as soon as you use the MM pre-amp: when your turntable is plugged into a MM-compatible pre-amp (such as the Pro-Ject Phono Box), the sound output will be pretty close to that of a CD player plugged into the same amplifier. If you discover they're not compatible, you should be able to get a refund or exchange one the Phono Box.

Just to be clear, my AVR (Onkyo tx-nr535) doesn't have a phono input. Do I connect the turntable to this device and plug this device into my AUX port?

I believe that this would work. I'm using it with it Denon AVR and running it thru the aux input using an MM cartridge. I don't think this would work if you're using a moving coil cartridge.

Do i need to buy this for yamaha A-s801 integrated amp or that amp has a phono

If you have the integrated amp look on back and see if you have phono inputs - if you don’t have it try googling it to see specs

Can i play vinyl from my B&O 3400 turntable & cartridge thru a vizio soundbar model# s4251w-b4? Do I need to use my pyramid sea2500x preamp too?

Unless you are using an amplifier with a phono input, you will need a preamp.
