My suggestion is if the width of your server falls within 2-3 inches of the published width get the larger size. If you want some sort of warranty that your server will fit contact one of the amazon re-sellers. We always give our servers and back-ups a lot of room either in a box or rack. **Q: Does this rack come pre built or do we have to build it** A: The RK2236BKF comes flat-packed and requires assembly. Matt, StarTech.com Support **Q: The 22U with the Glass door (the default item) says it's 36 inches in the title but only 29 inches in the description. Which is it?** A: Hello, I do not have the one model with a glass front, mine has the screen front but, I'm sure it is similar, 29in would be max rack mounting inside depth and 36 in would be more of the outside depth. These cabinets are very nice and I like mine a lot and they are very roomy between the rack equipment and the enclosure for cables, plugs, and controls that would stick out from the gear. **Q: does it have fans in the top and if not why are there mounting holes in the top???** A: No fans installed. Mounting holes are available to add your own. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfetto, Alta qualità dei materiali e rifiniture *by on Reviewed in Italy 20 March 2024* Tutto bene, solo le istruzioni poco chiare (non per l'inglese bensì per le immagini a caso). Materiali di pregio, rifiniture ottime. Direi perfetto. ;) ## Frequently Bought Together - StarTech.com 4-Post 12U Server Rack Cabinet, 19" Data Rack Cabinet for IT / Network Equipment, with Adjustable Mounting Rails - StarTech.com 1U Server Rack Shelf - Vented Rack Mount Cantilever Tray for 19" Network Rack & Cabinet, 44lb/20kg, 10" Deep - StarTech.com 16 Outlet Horizontal 1U Rack Mount PDU Power Strip for Network Server Racks - Surge Protection - 120V/15A - 6ft Power Cord (RKPW161915) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.id/products/257932688-startech-com-4-post-12u-server-rack-cabinet-19-data](https://www.desertcart.id/products/257932688-startech-com-4-post-12u-server-rack-cabinet-19-data) --- *Product available on Desertcart Indonesia* *Store origin: ID* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
