A couple of YouTube videos will help you with assembly. Mine came with all parts and I had no problem putting it together in thirty minutes. As previous reviewers have noted, you can use zip ties through the grommet holes on each side of the net and around the frame to pull more tension for a higher bounce. You will have to buy your own zip ties. Go and get some while you’re waiting for it to arrive. Also fiddle with the angle of the lower bar to change the bounce height. You can strike the ball as hard as you like into the rebounder. Great for grooving in your stroke technique over thousands of repetitions. It’s also a great workout. Wish I had one of these all of my tennis life. I highly recommend this product. Review: Great product - The good Very easy to assemble. Just follow the YouTube videos because the included instructions are not that good. The most popular video shows using zip ties to make the net more taut. Mine actually came with 2 hooks you can screw in so I didn’t need to use zip ties. Overall construction is good. It stood up against 50+ mph wind gusts without tipping over. Usage wise it works really well. The ball returns consistently. Once you get into a rhythm you can keep hitting until you tire out. I didn’t know this beforehand but you can rotate the net at least 5 degrees which will help change bounce height. If the bounce height still isn’t enough, there’s an easy and cheap hack. Just get a long piece of wood and angle it on the ground. I used doorstops to adjust the angle. Angling the wood towards the rebounder will increase the ball bounce significantly. The bad I’m unsure if my unit was returned or was sitting in storage for a while. There were many scratches and a lot of rust buildup on the parts. Thankfully the rust wiped off easily. Before assembling I sprayed Rust-Oleum onto the many nicks and scratches. It was a little annoying but not enough for me to return the product. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband. We are blessed to have a home that came with tennis courts, but no backboard. It took my husband and me several hours to attempt to replicate the "how to" video for assembling this. We NEVER did get to use the rebounder as shown in the video .
