Is this good for both men and women?

It can be used for both men & women. Amazon doesn't give you that 1 on 1 customer service that an independent Monat distributor does. We can put a package together with guaranteed results or a 30-day money back guarantee. Feel free to visit me at sherricombs.mymonat.com and I can help you further or answer any further questions.

I bought this product locally, someone who didn’t like it. How is it supposed to smell? Most of monat has an intense smell, this bottle has no smell.

Yes; the product actually has a peculiar smell,, how intense is that smell?; well I'm sure that there are different opinions, every person has their own...but for sure have to have a smell.

Does the hair repair treatment was out or stay in the hair?

You put it your hair after you wash it and before you style it. It is not meant to be washed out right away.

Can this product freeze
