Totally worth it. Good support.
Excellent and totally worth it. The follow ups regarding customer satisfaction was something not done so well by others. I had a corrupted card which when inserting would heat up. The customer support wwould message me everyday asking about update and we're ready to help a lot. Really impressed with the product and the support, to the point that I am compelled to give a good review about this hub.

Disappointed, I can transfer files from my external hard drive to my MAC pro but I cannot do the opposite.

Al conectar cargador > hub > laptop, sí carga pero se pierde la comunicación sobre el estado de la batería, lo que resulta en una reducción de carga y vida útil. Lo mejor es conectar el cargador directo a la lap y este hub en otro puerto USB-C.

Works great for my setup! Got this so I could hide all my cords under my desk and have everything connected. It is super easy to use, now I can plug in my laptop to this and it can be charging, be connected to my mouse, keyboard, and monitor all with just one cord. I love the long cord on this, I can hide the station under my desk and comfortably wrap the cord up to my computer which was exactly what I was looking for. It’s pretty fast connecting to everything, just a few seconds. I wish it had one more hdmi port but otherwise a great value for the price.
