Perfect addition to my shower. Whether you're tall or short - you can enjoy your shower. No more standing up against the shower wall to have the water run over you. You set the shower arm to the height and direction you want the water to go. Easy to install - make sure you have plumber's tape to install. Worth every cent/penny.

This is not a "name brand" like Kohler or Moen. I can tell as soon as I opened it and the shower head and hand shower were all plastic painted to be silver. The heads are all extremely light weight. The "solid brass" is the extension pipe. That said the shower works fine. As long as you don't abuse it, I doubt you will have any issues. Installation was as easy as twisting off the old head and twisting on the new. You may need a wrench to tighten for longevity. The included insulation tape was very useful and I didn't need to buy a new one. The water pressure as expected was a little low for the large head on certain settings. If you have both shower head and hand shower on, then the water pressure is even worse. This is not something that can be helped, it depends on your boiler and your faucet seals. Mine will likely have to be replaced and changed. Overall good unit. Inexpensive and has lots of features.
