Great pump. More reps during workout. It does make you feel tingly but I like that personally. Great focus high energy the only downside is that fruit punch flavor has Red40 in it but it tastes like flintstone vitamins. And you mix one scoop with 4oz of water so it’s a great pre workout and you don’t have to drink a crazy amount to get the results you expect from pre work out. Have tried others but I always go back to this no others compare and you don’t crash

Writing a 4 star review because it provides good stimulation for working out and enhances the pump. You can never go wrong with pretty much any flavor. The missing one star is because of what's noted down below. There are side effects, particularly encompassing digestion. This doesn't bother me but I'm just mentioning it because it can have adverse consequences if you aren't prepared for it. After working out, I used to stop at the grocery store and get all of my errands done before going home and showering. With this pre workout, my stomach has developed a routine of roughly 20 minutes after I finish my workout, I sit down on the toilet about 3-5 times within a couple of hours. The first time I used this, I almost immediately had to poop at the gym (and of course all of the stalls were being used so it was one of the longest waits of my life). With this being said, don't take this before long commutes or if you know you won't be around a toilet for a couple of hours. Also, never trust a fart!

My favorite pre-work out so far. I've been using it for for about a year and a half now. I work out early so the caffeine helps. You get a tingle from the beta alanine but I don't even notice anymore. This product wakes me up and helps with focus and energy throughout my work out. On two separate occasions I've had a real slog of a workout, only to get home and found I'd left the shaker bottle untouched on the kitchen counter. To test this I purposely skipped a day to see if it made a difference. There it was, another slog of a workout. That sold me on the efficacy. I will say I stopped making it in a shaker bottle because it almost carbonates when shaking to the point that the lid pops when you open it. I just stir it with a spoon the night before and leave it in the fridge. It's reasonably priced and since I stick with a single serving a tub lasts me 2 months. Give it a try.
