is it so expensive because they stopped printing this expansion?

Marvel has more or less disavowed the Fantastic Four because they don't own the movie rights. That's why it's out of print.

who are the Heroes and villain's ?

The heroes are Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Thing, Human Torch and Silver Surfer. The Masterminds are Galactus with the Heralds of Galactus (Terrax and such) and Mole Man with the Subterraneans (that giant monster from FF #1 and some mole guys that dig there way to a new point in the city if they are not on the bridge or roof). I also have the Skrulls with the Super Skrull that I believe were henchman that came with this pack.
