Thank you for reaching out! The pro hose fittings to do not have a larger diameter opening for more air flow. The only difference in the regular and pro hose, is that the fittings on the pro hose are reusable. If you needed to repair your hose, the reusable fittings that come on the pro hose would be a great option to do that. Those same reusable fittings are also sold separately by themselves. It is very flexible. I haven't used it much yet so the proof will be in the pudding. The ends are good and it is field repairable. When I was a mechanic at the Dodge dealership in the 80's we all used what we called a whip on our air tools. Back then, they were a smaller diameter and very flexible. No fighting it or the main hose. In looking for one today, it seems they are just a short section of regular hose. Flexzilla seems the best I can find. It is very flexible and has a swivel on the business end. I look forward to using it more. I feel like it will be fine but if I have any problems I'll try to repost.
