GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is primarily used to help reduce anxiety, improve mood, and promote better sleep. It may also assist in lowering blood pressure and managing conditions like chronic pain and premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Mechanism: GABA binds to GABA receptors (GABA-A and GABA-B), inhibiting nerve transmission to produce a calming effect. This is a very good preparation of GABA. Clean and well made. Capsules are easy to swallow. I sleep better when I take GABA. It does relax you without feeling drugged.

This is hypoallergenic and does NOT cause itch like the last one. I thought I was allergic to GABA but did some research and found that the other products they add to it can cause itch. This one does not add anything, so NO itchy!
