Ive actually commandeered it recently and have been using it on various muscles immediately after heavy weight lifting. I've actually found it really useful for small fine tuning motions after a hard workout. My wife originally bought this for herself and she uses it a bit. Ive actually commandeered it recently and have been using it on various muscles immediately after heavy weight lifting. I've actually found it really useful for small fine tuning motions after a hard workout. My favorite is after a hard chest workout I like to finish it of with a couple 30 seconds sets micro flye sets to really hit the center of my chest. The circle is easy to use and is not too heavy or too firm. Along with doing Pilates moves, I have also been using it to strengthen my ankle and foot muscles after a recent injury, approved by my physical therapist. The included video is very useful, especially if you are new to using this type of equipment. All in all this has proven to be a very useful tool in my recovery and for all over toning. Recommended.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ sturdy but not uncomfortable - pad inside and out

Well made; sturdy but not uncomfortable - pad inside and out. Comes with a CD of exercises, some of them impossible for me to do but gives me plenty of ideas. My Physical Therapist uses this as part of my rehab to do thigh squeezes while laying on my back. I will put this to good use as you can also use if to do chest/arm exercises by squeezing it. The exercise variations are endless - if you don't find one you like on the CD, you can probably think of a few to do on your own.
