Which is better** A: The firm hold is a little bit thicker so it makes it slightly harder to apply and mold your hair for certain styles. It also clumps up on the comb when you run it through your hair. It's not a bad product. I just tested it by adding a pea size on my hand, rubbed it & then used water to remove it.
