Waterboy movie quotes aside this really does produce the best ice and essential to purifying the best tasting quality ice. My only complaint is the cost which is expensive having to replace every recommended 9 months.

My ice machine stopped pulling water in to make ice not long ago. We called the repair man and he ran a full diagnostic on the machine. He took the filter out and the water started flowing again! I was shocked because the filter says you should replace every 9 months. We got 3.5 months out of the last one and we also have soft water. I installed the new filter today and everything seems to be back to normal. This filter is expensive, but it’s worth it. The ice is clear and consistent in size and tastes good. Have confidence buying this filter
