How do you apply these? I'm not sure how and where you put them on the lid. Would appreciate help on this.

First it depends on heavily lidded your fold is. I usually apply just where the fold should normally be. The higher you place the tape, the bigger it will make your eye. Iapply 1/4" above lash line.

I have deep set eyes can I use tbis to give me bigger lids?

Yes but if you close your eyes even a little they can be seen and can't easily be covered with makeup. You can also feel them so I am not using this product but yes they do work.
