Info is great and yes the best. But the quality of print and the book itself was not up to the mark. Cover head has black stale marks. For the author- Amazing work helped a lot indeed.

The quality of this book is very good and the exercises are explained nicely, see photos. Can be used by anyone - not just instructors!

Bought level1 and 2 and very happy with them. Easy to follow pictures and instructions, great guidelines to make sure you are doing each exercise properly.

This book as far as a how to do it right book for the reformer is ok but who ever set and printed it needs a new job, the images are cut off at the page edges and the quality is awful. In short it is badly printed, terrible lay out, but the content is okay but not worth the money, there are much better books out there with much better quality.
