Can these wood chips be used in maze smoke generators?

Not sure - I used them in an electric smoker to smoke salmon - worked wonderful. But I have an electric smoker/grill that uses pellets - and these can't be used with that grill. I would hesitate to use in your smoke generator unless the generator instructions say . Would hate to damage it. Chips would totally screw up my electric smoker/grill, for certain.

I ordered cherry 3 times and received hickory every time!! Will never order from them again?!?!

I don't know what a smoking gun is, but is you buy the fine chips they are like saw dust

What wood pellets work for smoking salmon works best?

I am from the Pacific Northwest and have smoked salmon for years. The best chips for salmon is alder, next best apple.

Bonjour , sur la photo, il est indiqué que c'est de la scieure de bois. Quand j'ai reçu les 3 paquets, c'étaient des copeaux de bois. Je suis vraiment très décu car c'était pour mettre avec la spirale, comme c'est indiqué ... Merci

For the stove top smoker

I bought this for the stove top smoker. It works great. Plenty of smoke and great flavor. It does look like sawdust as does all the stove top smoker woods. If you are looking for wood chips, try the barbeque chips. I have not tried this on the outside grill yet.
