Single Dose Sachets, 10 Count

First, I'd like to say the Amazon seller, Preferred Mart, was quick with shipping, very courteous & had the size/quantity I was looking for - the single dose sachets are great when traveling & easy to pack or toss in your tote bag or purse. I know this isn't the type of thing most people would write feedback on but I gotta say these packets are the most convenient way to handle an uncomfortable problem, especially when you're away from home a lot. And Miralax - forget about it - it's the best thing on the market. When it's necessary to use a product like this, Miralax is hands-down the easiest to tolerate. Absolutely no taste, no pain & super-effective. And don't listen to the critics in other manufacturers' ads, it doesn't take 2 days to work - give it about 6+/- hours & you're good. This is NOT your Grandpa's ExLax - no shocking pain to your system.

i used one packet one time..... This stuff works for me too well. 3 days later i was still on the toilet. If you use this stuff don't make any plans for a few days. It has no odor or flavor. Its dissolves clear in any liquid. Oh btw make sure you have plenty of toilet paper and baby wipes in the bathroom before you start to use this stuff. you will crap, squirt, and cry like a baby for at least 2-3 day after. Don't take any chances thinking you just have gas after you use this stuff either you will be sorry and literally will crap your pants. Oh btw this stuff works very well on in-laws and unwanted guests visiting you. that's all I'm going to say.

This stuff is so much more better (is that even correct grammar?), anyway, it works. Though I am not sure if I am a fan of these packets or a full bottle, not sure which one is better for the money, but these are easier for me to use since I drink one a day at work in my coffee. So I just open the packet and put it in and then use my coffee creamer and the usual as I desire. Much safer than the other laxatives. This allows me to go once a day, with the cramps and pain associated with other laxatives. Plus with the new FDA warning on using more than the recommended laxatives from other brands that can cause death because they kill parts of the colon, I will stick to this which doesn't have that problem. This is some serious s*** (that's a pun!): Since Miralax doesn't use sodium phosphate, it doesn't have these issues. Laxatives with sodium phosphates are marketed under the brand name "Fleet" and also as store brands and generic products. All of them can cause serious side effects if used improperly. These side effects include dehydration or abnormal levels of electrolytes in the blood that can lead to complications such as kidney damage and death. The labels on these products state that they should be used as a single dose taken once a day, should not be used for more than three days, and that patients who are dehydrated or have kidney disease or heart problems should consult a health care professional before taking these laxatives.

Used this for a week prior to lumbar back surgery. Wow! Think my intestines must have been squeaky clean after the first couple days of use. In fact, I had to cut back to using it every other day... good stuff if you need it.

This product is a bit expensive to purchase this way, but worth it if you are taking it traveling ... the price you pay for convenience .... otherwise, buying in bulk containers that you have to measure out is much less expensive, and what I do for everyday use. I have also found that any brand of this chemical works good.
