I did not expect the cake to come out as perfect as it did, nor did I expect the pan to require so little cleaning after. My oven is total rubbish yet baked it perfectly all sides. Absolutely magical and worth every penny. It does look and feel rather small however is not that ‘tiny’ as other reviews state. Edit to add more photos. Absolutely love this pan just perfect!

What can I say I love my nordic ware. They are not cheap to buy, but the quality is way above average. It took me awhile to purchase this Charlotte tin, but I have used it so many times and it shows no sign of wear. I have made cakes from scratch as well as having made packet mixes which have all cooked perfect with no sticking. Add some cream and fruit to the indented part of the cake, sprinkle with icing sugar (optional) and you have a perfectly presentable cake for any occasion.
