do you need to make it work with a disk? because my case doesnt support disk and any way around this ?

You should visit the manufacturer's website and search for this product. In that product's support link, you can find the installation guide. That ought to answer your questions about how to get it working. If your concern is it might need a DVD drive, it should not. Almost all new motherboards work with Windows 10 without any additional 3rd party drivers. Once Windows is installed, I'd recommend going to that same motherboard support page and download the manufacturer's drivers and most recent BIOS, in case their drivers are different than Microsoft's. Follow the directions to install those, and you'll be done with the motherboard installation.
