Can i use this to 2017 ford c-max hybrid?

The cap on the brake master cyl should tell you what DOT fluid to use.

Will this work on a 2005 ford E-450 fourwinds RV?

I'm not sure, check your owners manual to see what spec they have for brake fluid. I read on a forum for Super Duty's or a general repair site stated that Ford used this type of brake fluid in 2012 ( I think, I own a 2014 F350). I checked my owners manual and this is what it calls for in my 2014 F350. Sorry couldn't be any more help.
