Helped with hot flashes.
This helped with the hot flashes. It didn’t eliminate them but helped make them less severe. But it takes a week to build up in your system so don’t give up after 3 days!

I don't usually write a review but being a woman at 51 suffering from terrible hot flashes i feel its extremely important to share my experience on these vitamins. After starting these vitamins my hot flashes and night sweats COMPLETELY STOPPED! I can't believe how this simple otc vitamin worked.
