Damaged lip balms. Looks like they have melted or were not kept in a cool & dry location and in an upright position.

this product which I have received is produced in 2014, my problem I can't return it back due policy of sale, Don't buy

Arrived as expected, with all 4 flavours as advertised, intact, unopened and in new condition. I've been a fan of Burt's Bees lipbalms for some time now and cannot fault them. I have only opened the pomegranate one at the moment and the smell is lovely but does not linger on the lips for too long, so if you are sensitive to fragrances there is no need to worry. On the lips they feel smooth, not greasy, and last a long time. I have found with many other big brand lipbalms that they dry out quickly or ball up on the lips - this has never been the case for me with Burt's Bees.

I like the finish and the flavours

I would give it zero. What arrived was not as pictured and I’m hesitant to know whether they’re even legitimate Burt’s Bees.
