The tip is made out of metal, requiring a screen protector... why does anyone think this is a good idea?

I’ve used a stylus like this on my iPhone without a screen protector for years. I want to install a scanner protector but get interrupted- the screen and tip are fine though. Just keep them clean and take responsibility.

What type of charger does this take?

It’s not the micro usb that they all are saying. I’m still looking for a charger for mine but I know it’s not the micro.
