It is on three sides, one side is percentage, one decimal, one fraction.

Does this come with an activity book? (I do not have a teaching background and wouldn't know how to introduce/teach this).

I'm sorry, but I don't remember if it came with an activity book. Whether it came with one or not, you can show your kids a "tower" with two 1/4 cubes and ask them how many 1/10 cubes they would need to build a tower of equal height...Then ask them how many 1/2 cubes they would need. Then have them build their own tower and "test' you. Make it fun. They will start to see the correlation.
