Are these sugar coated?

I received the 3pk the other day and YES they are sugar-coated, ice pack that was shipped busted and got gel all over box and product so I immediately asked for a refund and was granted. I don't know if the single 150ct bottle is sugar coated.

In the Amazon description it says take 2 gummies one time per day but the bottle says take 3. Why the difference?
