Review: Worth the Price - Absolutely worth the price. I have had these for a few months now and I have not noticed anything majorly bad with them. As someone with larger ears, after an hour or two they can start being uncomfortable, however it is never painful. More so fatigue. The entire headset is very high quality. The band has a very good compression on your head and is not uncomfortable with a hat. The battery life seems good so far. For outdoor use, these would probably be fine by themselves. However, if you attend indoor ranges, I would suggest doubling up with orange foamies. The electronic hearing is a nice feature. The muffs do a great job at quieting the loud noises while keeping your ability to hear others. Clearly these don't have the highest quality sound but the most important fact is that talking voices rarely get muffled.

They worked great for my son and I at the range today. They muffle the shots perfectly and the microphone works so well that you can have a full conversation with others at the range. I was able to coach my son easily while both of our ears were well protected. I was even more impressed that when I returned home, I could hear my children from my upstairs bedroom talking and make out the conversation, but when i removed them I couldn't hear them talking at all. These would work so extremely well for hunting, that it might put your hearing on par with the game you are hunting. 5/5. This is a rare rating for me. Most of the stuff I buy on desertcart is crap. This is not crap.

A: It cancels the gun shots no matter the volume. They work based on a certain decibel. So the volume is only for everything thing else below that level

A: Hello, the black band is 2 1/8" wide and 11 1/4" lung.  My wife's head is medium and mine is large and we have two pairs. They fit both our heads nicely. They work very well and are a fair price.

**Q: Mine didn't come with batteries. Does anyone know what voltage these are so I can try to recharge mine? Otherwise mine are worthless**
A: Standard AAA batteries. You should have gotten a set included. But they’re not rechargeable, just standard AAA

These are fantastic electronic muffs. The sound amplification is clear and natural, making it easy to carry on a conversation at the range without having to take them off. More importantly, the suppression is spot-on—they react instantly to gunshots, providing great protection without that uncomfortable, jarring feeling. They are very low-profile, which is perfect for getting a good cheek weld on my rifle without the muffs getting in the way of the stock.
