Not the right wattage for Singapore and yet is still on Amazon.SG. Plugged it in and immediately it started smoking and burning inside.

Totally awesome crock pot Ive used it but my counter is not wide enough. I like it cause it could be plugged. Spacescious food and to heat what ur heart desire

Great for a large gathering!
I needed a larger slow-cooker for a large pot-luck and this one served its purpose very well. I liked the add-on Little Dipper, which I used to keep the sauce warm to be served with the ribs. Great product!

Practiquísimo!
Lo compré específicamente para hacer caldo de huesos (pero se pueden hacer muchas cosas más). Es una maravilla porque ni te percatas y prácticamente te desentiendes del asunto mientras se está cocinando. Sin riesgo, sin ruido y con mucho menos gasto. Me encantó

The crock pot is amazing and so is customer service.
I bought this in oct 2020. I never had a problem with it. Its super convenient and the size is perfect. Sometime last week it cracked on the bottom of the pot. Ive had another version for years and that even fell out of a moving truck and worked perfectly afterwards soo i was confused. I contacted amazon, they had the company contact me. And let me tell you, ive never had such an amazing experience with any company when it comes to a issue. The representative on the phone was nice and very helpful. The Amazon representative was extremely helpful. So all in all great experience all around. Update I still have it and it works like it did the 1st time I used it. It's now October 2025.
