That depends on what you consider being "low" in regards to sodium content. The nutrition information breaks each cup into two servings, but in reality, each cup is only one serving. With all of that being said, each cup of Pad Thai soup has 290mg of sodium per serving, which means 580mg of sodium per cup. The soup is absolutely delicious and one of my staple foods. If you are not on an intensely restricted low-sodium diet, I highly recommend this soup.

What is the sodium content per serving?

310mg of sodium and there are 2 servings per cup. Although the serving sizes are small. So each cup has 620mgs of sodium.

The container states: " ... we source non-genetitcally modified ingredients and make our cups with paper sourced from certified, responsibly managed forests," but it does NOT show a Non-GMO label.
