is this broiler safe?

Probably not. I have used it in a high temp oven 550+ and it warps. Broiler would probably destroy it

Not a good idea because of the slippery nature of the pan. It's not designed for stovetop cooking v

Can you use this roasting pan for turkey's? What size turkey can it handle?

I was able to roast a 18lb turkey in this pan without problems. The roasting pan size I can use is limited by the size of my oven and this worked perfectly.

What are the internal measurements of this pan? I need to fit a 10" diameter dish inside it.

Bottom of the inside of pan measures 14 1/4" x 9 1/2". I hope this is helpful!

Really nice quality

Very happy with this pan. I bought it for a very old recipe and frankly have never used a 10x14 inch pan, so I was amazed at how big it is. Still haven't made the recipe but am looking forward to other things that I usually have to squeeze into a 13x9.
