I realy looked forward to using this product, so when I received it, I started right away taking it. It did help with going to the bathroom, so no problem there, but I started getting realy bad muscle and joint pain the very next day after I started taking Ara6 and it only got worse from there on, each day. I did not even take the full amount, only a fourth of what it said to be taking 2x a day because I did not know how my body would react. I have had Fibromyalgia since 1997 and this supplement put me in the worst flare up I have ever had in my entire life! I had such extreme muscle and joint pain that I could hardly function, I thought that I came down with rheumatoid arthritis, so I stopped taking Ara6 to see if that's what had caused my problem since everything started after taking this supplement. So the day after discontinuing Ara6, my pain is just about compleatly gone, I am so disappointed that I am not able to take this product because I am sure it is a great supplement, but just not for me. I read up on it and it said that if you have ANY autoimmune disease, this stuff will make it worse and to stay away from it.
