This helped me curb my appetite as well as put down sweets.

5-star for the product, -1 star for the instructions and ease-of-use; the instructions state "using the metered dropper, take 1.25 mL.." and the metered dropper is marked by .50 and 1.0 measurements, so i guess at the approx 1/2way mark.
