Does this include the sprayer wand?

The concentrate does not have a sprayer wand. You mix it and put it in another container to use. The nonconcentrated has the wand and you use it directly from the container it comes in. The concentrate is the better deal.

Will this product kill other vegetation too, or is it specifically formulated to just kill poison ivy?

This product contains glycophosphate plus a surfactant to enhance its effect on tough weeds like poison ivy. It will kill whatever vegetation it gets on. Worked well on the poison ivy, though some areas took two applications.

Will it kill buckthorn
