what is limited lifetime warranty? What is covered in this warranty?

Well I can tell you from my experience dealing with this company that you can forget any "lifetime warranty" they may offer. My backpack started falling apart within a months time and I contacted the company and sent them pictures of the product. They claimed that they never had this happen to one of their products before and refused to do anything about it. I have never dealt with a company with such awful customer service. So now I am stuck with a $100.00 worthless backpack. (Btw, the problem I had was the thread the product was sewn with seemed to be rotted and it broke apart.) In my opinion the product is not a quality product at all and not worth the price.

May I ask any of you owners to measure the depth of the padding on each side of the laptop compartment ? thanks
