For the price, this is a great headset. The sound is clear, the microphone picks up sounds from a distant and it is easy to control. I work in a call centre so this is a must, I was spending £50 on headsets but this is the best quality so far. My problem with the headset is that it is very flimsy, because it is cheaper it is made from cheap material. The metal band at the top of the headset is very thin, and when I adjust the headset with the metal band I feel as though I might break it - I never have and I do adjust it quite frequently. For the price, it is an excellent headset.

Not the most comfortable but as I don't use often and they weren't expensive I am putting up with that. 20th October they started to play up and the sound through them has started to break down. If there was a fair warranty I would like to swap them for another pair but I don't thing Amazon abide by standard laws in UK like that. Maybe they will surprise me???

Stopped working just over a month when the return window had closed.

Really comfortable to wear, both headphones and microphone have good quality audio and the separate level and mute buttons work well and are very useful (saves me digging into my Windows 11 system settings!).
