However, you have to program the submarine to respond to particular alarm beeps from the DBC32-1A. **Q: Is it possible to change the band on the watch?** A: Yes. That's the first thing I did after checking out the operating functions. I took the expanding metal watch band off the old watch and put it on the new one. I think it is the best looking Casio calculator watch on offer right now for a very reasonable price. The calculator keypad buttons are smaller than one would expect but they're not too difficult to operate due to good design. The backlight is good and the alarm is loud. The bracelet is thin but sturdy. I found it easy to adjust using a small screwdriver.
